- Concert dress:
- Blue LOMCB logo shirts
- Black long pants or long skirts – no bare skin showing between pants/skirts and shoes
- Black socks
- Black shoes – no sneakers or canvas shoes
- Wreath Ceremony:
- We will be going directly from our Lincoln Memorial concert to Arlington Cemetery for the wreath laying ceremony. Band members will be in their concert dress for both the concert and wreath laying. Please ensure your family and guests are aware of the dress code for the wreath laying ceremony (see next bullet).

- Organizations participating in public wreath ceremonies shall remain silent during the ceremony. Organizations are not authorized to make remarks, speeches, nor offer audible prayers.
